Meanwhile, the total market capitalization of the Indonesia Stock Exchange expanded to Rp10,749 trillion ($598.2 billion).

The upward momentum in the market was primarily driven by leading banks such as Bank Mandiri, Bank Central Asia, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia. These financial institutions saw their share prices increase substantially, making a significant impact on the benchmark index. Additionally, several other prominent companies, including Telkom Indonesia, Astra International, and Amman Mineral Internasional, played a role in bolstering the market’s performance.

During this period, trading activity saw a noteworthy uptick, with the average daily trading value climbing by more than 36%. Among the individual stocks, Asia Sejahtera Mina (AGAR) stood out with the most impressive performance, skyrocketing over 138%. The gains across various sectors indicate a broad-based recovery, underscoring the strength and potential of Indonesia’s market environment.
